We recently sat down with Atlanta’s DJ Outta Space for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our conversation he talked about transitioning from DJ to being an artist, being originally from Columbus, moving to Atlanta after he graduated, attending Morehouse, being mentored by DJ Nando, discovering his passion for DJing in high school, his close relationship with his mother before she passed away, explains how he got his start as a DJ, grinding for years before he got the opportunity to spin at Magic City, taking over the infamous Magic City Mondays after DJ Esco, the importance of breaking records as a DJ, putting together “Thug City” single with 808 Mafia & NephewTexasBoy, his close relationship with Trouble, dropping his first solo single “Beat It”, his friend & manager Prima passing away, his upcoming album ‘NASA 3’, a lane opening up for DJ/artists, other business ventures, and much more!
