In this clip, Ed Lover spoke about his 1996 announcement of 2Pac dying being featured on Nas’ “Death Row East” track off of “Kings Disease II.” Ed explained that the soundbite is from the announcement he made at Nas’ concert at Nassau Coliseum, and he revealed that he initially told Nas to make the announcement. However, Nas told Ed that it would be more appropriate for him to go on stage because of his relationship with 2Pac. During the conversation, Ed also thanked Nas for ending the narrative that Stretch set up 2Pac, which you can hear more about above.
