In this full-length interview, legendary hip-hop pundit, Ed Lover, shares his thoughts on the tragic passing of Takeoff by underlining how desensitized the hip-hop community has become to rappers being killed. This prompts Ed Lover to mention the deaths of 2Pac, Biggie, and Nipsey before saying that people still haven’t learned.
As the interview moved along, Ed Lover shared his thoughts on the punishment handed down to Kyrie Irving for his controversial re-tweet. Then, he talks about the way in which Rosanne (a television star & TV producer) and Donald Sterling (former owner of the Clippers) lost their careers for their insensitive comments regarding race.
Later, he weighs in on Cher’s recent love affair with Amber Rose’s ex-boyfriend. Then, he talks about Havoc and Saigon, putting their beef to the side to work with one another before expressing his disappointment that Lil Kim and Foxy Brown never made their ‘Thelma & Louise’ album. Lastly, he shares his thoughts on Mystikal’s legal predicament.
