In this clip, Foolio recounted some of his biggest songs like “Crooks” and “Voodoo.” He also discussed working with Zaytoven and doing an entire project together. According to Foolio, the experience of working with Zaytoven was surreal as he found himself interacting with many different notable figures.

Foolio also explained why he didn’t sign a major deal after gaining a buzz in Atlanta. Despite growing his fanbase and working with Zaytoven, Foolio explained that the deals he was getting weren’t favorable and labels weren’t willing to negotiate. He also explained the beef between his crew and Yungeen Ace’s. He claimed to not know how the feud began as both rappers were usually cordial towards one another. Foolio also described his initial response to his cousin getting murdered and Yungeen Ace getting shot, along with others, not long after. Check out the above clip to hear more.
