Bobby Luisi, former made man of the Philadelphia crime family, sat down with VladTV and described his path into the mafia. Luisi talked about growing up in Boston around made men, bosses, and capos of the Patriarca crime family. He explained that his father was an “all-around guy” for the mafia and was twice proposed to become a made man. Luisi revealed that he started getting involved with the mob at 11 but was more interested in becoming a carpenter since his family was involved in construction. By 21, Luisi had his own construction company and avoided the mafia lifestyle until later on.
