In this clip, George Christie discussed the extremes of paranoia within the outlaw life as well as the previously unrecognized diversity of biker clubs. Christie explained his technique of counterintelligence to safeguard against betrayal and gave insight into the history of the biker scene, such as the existence of black members of Hell’s Angels in the 70s and 80s and the Chosen Few – an L.A. chapter with both mixed and segregated branches. Lastly, Christie pointed out the East Bay Dragons – an all-black biker club he’s interacted with and suggested it be another great subject for an interview.
