In this clip, Howard Hewett talked about Micky Free and Delisa Davis joining Shalamar after the original group disbanded. Following Shalamar’s fifth album with the new members, Howard went solo. He detailed putting together a ridiculous deal in hopes that Elektra wouldn’t sign him but much to his surprise, they agreed to all the terms of his deal.
