We recently connected with Alabama artist HunnidK for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our conversation he talked about the way of life in Montgomery, staying out of the way, his dad not being around while he was growing up, jumping off the porch, graduating from college, police confiscating some money from him, taking rap serious for 2 years now, reveals his creative process, making his best music when he’s making money, his thoughts on people not wanting to get a job, explains how he got the name HunnidK, going to Johnny for his grill, his new project ‘Came Up Off Swipes’, getting good feedback from the project, “Came Thru Trim”, “What You Know About Swiping”, upcoming music videos, plans to drop a deluxe with a couple features, being an independent artist, short term & longterm goals, his love for fashion, shares advice to the youth, and much more!
