In this clip, Lamar Odom talked about his high school playing days and some of the tumultuous times during his high school and collegiate careers. He recalled being named a McDonald’s All-American in 1997 with a class that included the likes of Baron Davis and Tracy McGrady. Lamar also recounted seeking advice from Kobe about going pro straight out of high school but ultimately opted to go to college. However, when he arrived at UNLV, it was discovered that Lamar cheated on his SAT which started a new chain of events that eventually landed him at the University of Rhode Island.
