In this clip, Lil Cease spoke with Shawn Prez about how Biggie had genuine love for him and the others in their crew. Cease detailed hanging around Biggie all the time as a way of staying out of trouble and as a result got a front-row seat to Big’s writing process. He said Biggie didn’t transition out of writing his rhymes until ‘Life After Death,’ but prior to that he wrote out his lyrics.
