In this clip, Lil Flip reacts to the news that DJ Vlad once compared Kodak Black to James Brown (in a recent interview with Aries Spears). The Houston-based rapper indicates that while he does like Kodak Black as a recording artist, he doesn’t understand the comparison; outside of the occasional antics. From there, he talks about how “Super Gremlin” is one of his favorite songs by Kodak Black. As the conversation comes to an end, Lil Flip chimes in on the Chris Brown vs Michael Jackson comparisons by stating that he agrees with the argument that Chris Brown is the “closest thing” to Michael Jackson that we have today in music. Lastly, Lil Flip declares that he earned his name because of his ability to dance. To that, Coach PR challenges him to perform a backflip on camera, but he declines.
