During our conversation she talked about growing up in Moss Point Mississippi, her father getting locked up for 14 years when she was 6, coming from a single parent home, being the oldest of all her siblings, jumping off the porch at a young age, learning not to trust everybody, starting to make music when she was 10, having a wide range of musical influences, separating the streets & the music industry, bringing her hustle mentality to the music business, her growing from making thugged out music to finding her own sound, breakdown her studio sessions, being a shroom advocate, preferring to write over punching in, her thoughts on the rap game right now, being big on checking in when traveling, explains why she moved to Atlanta almost 10 years ago, her new single “Lolita Island”, filming the music video in St. Thomas & St. Croix, the inspiration for her song “Speak Up”, her new video “Up & Down”, her upcoming project ‘I Dreamed Way Too Much Last Night’, and much more!
