During our conversation he discussed having a successful basketball career before rapping, learning to trust people in moderation, teaching his daughter how to be treated, not expecting to have a rap career, Philly not having enough positive role models, finding his purpose with pursuing a career in music, having to take a break from 2018 – 2021 from music due to legal troubles, the cops raiding his house after being falsely accused, getting a little discouraged after that and taking his time to get back into music, being appreciative of support after taking his break, seeing his career flourish, constantly working on his craft and perfecting his sound, PnB Rock taking him under his wing throughout his career, PnB Rock opening the doors for him to go to LA to make music, his “Billy” series, his new project “Nothing Was Given”, working Zahsossa, Poundside Pop and Leafword, his visual for new single “Savages”, investing fully into his independent artist career, new career goals this and more!
