Bet-David was slightly overwhelmed by this monumental lifestyle shift, having previously only lived in a house costing $1 million, and often traveling due to his career. He shared an emotional moment of reflection and peace as he looked out at the water from his expansive property for the first time. He also moved his family into the mansion, fulfilling a 20-year dream he’d had. Finally, while Vlad bought his house in cash, Bet-David stated that he financed the purchase by putting down 40% of the price when rates hit a low two or 3%.
