In the first clip, Sara Molina explained getting liposuction and BBL surgery in Colombia rather than the United States. According to Molina, patients receive more for what they spend in foreign countries and doctors are more willing to push limits in order to achieve their patients’ desired results. She also revealed that she paid half of what she would’ve paid in the United States. However, she admitted to underestimating the entire procedure, recovery, and how her body would react.
