In this clip, Shaggy revisits the 2002 release of a single called “Hey Sexy Lady” from his sixth studio album, “Lucky Day.” The Grammy Award winner explains why this song didn’t share the same commercial success as many of its predecessors before revealing that he shares the same talent manager as the legendary pop singer known as Sting. From there, the iconic Reggae singer talks about co-writing music for Sting’s album and how their sessions in the studio eventually evolved into a concept for their joint album, which would go on to be called “44/876.” He also sheds light on his upcoming project that will be produced by Sting. Moving along, Shaggy shares more details about his friendship with Sting before revealing a funny story about going out for ice cream.
