We recently connected with Skrilla for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our sit down he talked about this being his first trip to Atlanta, upcoming music with Baby Kia, his neighborhood Kensington in Philly being called Zombieland, having dog food tattooed on his face & hand, tourists coming to Kensington to buy dr*gs, jumping off the porch the he was 14, being the oldest of all siblings, feeling like dr*gs have held him back, dropping his first song “Dog Food” in 2018, explains what motivated him to start rapping, his favorite artists he was listening to growing up, Lil Uzi Vert reaching out to him to work, their song “Walking Dead” being taken down, his music video for “Block Hot” blowing up, his first album ‘Kutthroat’, designing his own covers, recalls recording his song “Geeked Up”, setting trends with the music video, coming out with his own sound & style, being very picky when it comes to selecting his beats, reveals that he had recently lost his hunger for creating, the inspiration for his project ‘Underworld’, what to expect from his upcoming project ‘Zombie Love Kensington Paradise’, artists he has been working with recently, being a fan of a lot of Florida artists, collbing with C Stunna for “Curtis Jackson”, making Zombieland cool, his friendship with Ybc Dul, reveals he has unreleased music with Dul, upcoming music videos, and much more!
