In this clip, Too Short talks about what led to his collaborative effort with Kid Cudi called “Girls.” He then explains the thought process behind Kid Cudi’s reason to reach out to him and the feedback that he still receives from his fanbase to this very day. Then, the Bay Area native shares a story about how a heavy-hearted fan approached him, while he was on the East coast, in wake of Biggie’s murder. He said that while the person was visibly upset, he still managed to show him love, knowing full well that he was a rapper from California during the heyday of the East coast vs West coast rivalry.
