We recently linked with Baltimore artist YBS Skola for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our sit down he talked about life in Baltimore, growing up on the Westside of the city, recently moving to Atlanta, explains why its sort to move out of Baltimore when you reach a certain level of success, Lil Baby reaching out to him in 2017, dropping their “Trap Phone”, jumping off the porch, his family trying to keep him out of the streets, overcoming the loss of his friend Lor Scoota, explains how he first linked with Scoota, the start of YBS, focusing even more on music after his passing, his song “Get Money” taking off in 2015, the studio session for his biggest song “Shining”, the song getting leaked before it was finished, recording his very personal song “Traumatized” while on house arrest, meeting Meek Mill with Lor Scoota, gambling against Meek the first few times they met, signing a management deal with Dream Chasers, getting sentenced to prison in 2019, being on house arrest when he came home, his fans sticking by him, being versatile, his new project ‘My Apologies’, explains the title, plans to drop a deluxe, goals for his career, shares advice fro the youth, fatherhood, and much more!
