During our conversation he discussed his upbringing in North Baton Rouge, Kevin Gates showing love to his music, going all in with music 3 years ago, learning the music business, how YKWIHF came about, his single “How I Live” buzzing throughout the city, his career taking off in 2018 , his studio session when he recorded “False Hearted”, his single “In Too Deep”, meeting NoCap at the club and ending up recording with him, making the best music when he’s in tuned with his emotions, traveling to New York for the first time, his new visual “Smoke”, the creative process behind his tape “300 Degrees”, his single “Vulture Party”, tapping in with different artists and producers for upcoming music, advising the youth to stay in their own lane and focus on their craft, and more!
