In this clip, Yung Joc and Shawn Prez share their thoughts about the ongoing controversy surrounding Kanye West, his recent comments about Rosa Parks being a plant, and what Boosie suggested the Black community do about it. Yung Joc’s take was that all the work that Kanye has put into tearing down Black icons has backfired on him and tarnished his legacy. From there, he explains why he recently prayed for Kanye West. From there, Shawn Prez chimes in by citing the obstacles that the “Old Kanye” overcame in the music industry and fashion industry before agreeing with Yung Joc’s viewpoint on praying for the Chicago rapper. He then suggests that the media from within the urban community should stop covering Kanye for his own good. Lastly, the two men touch on Kanye’s recent exchange of words on Twitter between Kanye and Meek Mill.
