The accident occurred during a neighborhood party on Whitehouse Street, where Lil Woody was merely sitting on his dirt bike when a motorcyclist swerved around a car and collided with him. Despite the driver admitting to being intoxicated and facing reckless driving charges, Lil Woody himself was surprisingly charged with illegal drag racing.
