Sometimes the best damage control is to admit you were wrong, and keep it moving.

Someone in Young Thug‘s camp probably should’ve told him that before he attempted to clean up the mess he made earlier this week. The internet – Black Twitter specifically – was outraged after a video of the Jeffrey rapper going off on two Black female Alaska Airlines employees made its rounds online.

Thugga dug deep into his derogatory dictionary to bash the women, calling them everything from “peasants” to “ants” with “nappy” hair, and even joking they looked like they just came straight out of Africa (as if that’s a bad thing). The rapper took to Instagram on Thursday to call out other celebs who slammed him for the offensive video.

He said, “Y’all ain’t never see me on the internet arguing with Blacks. I’m Black. Black lives matter, forever.”

Thugga even tried to clean up his statements about the women coming straight from Africa, tweeting:

As the old saying goes, you can never fix a problem unless you admit you have one (cc: Young Thug and America as a whole).
