Michael Corleone Blanco, son of the infamous Griselda Blanco, wanted to create a documentary detailing his family’s notorious history before the release of “Cocaine Cowboys 2.” Despite being on probation and seeking asylum in the U.S., Michael tried to procure his mother’s life rights in order to make the documentary. He was backed by an unnamed producer and a close friend of Tupac Shakur, who owned a documentary company. The producer wanted Michael to not only become part of his business, but also change his ways. However, their plans were thwarted when Michael received a call informing him about the upcoming release of “Cocaine Cowboys.” Despite Lou’s encouragement to continue with their own production, Michael decided to return to his previous life after his probation ended, feeling that they had been beaten to the punch.
