The “Black Dynamite” animated series, a follow-up to the movie, ended after two seasons. Carl Jones believed the series’ end came after his controversial CNN interview about police brutality. However, Michael Jai White suggests that the series cancellation was due to high production costs, as it was animated in Korea and longer in duration than other Cartoon Network shows.
