Camilla ft.(Coca Vango)- Wanna Be Us #music

Rapper Angel “Camilla” Townsend was born and raised on the south side of Chicago; in an area torn from gun violence and drugs. She would stay here for much of her upbringing, until her family moved to the city’s south suburbs. Growing up as the youngest of her two siblings, “Milla” had to adapt quickly! Early on, she recognized a great passion for the arts and she wanted to show this to the world. Camilla began taking dance, vocal and acting classes at Chicago’s ETA Creative Arts Theatre. In high school, she began learning how to play the piano. During this time she found a niche in making vlogs and skits and posting them on YouTube. As a student, Camilla got her big break, acting as lead rolls in numerous plays. This introduced her to something she had never experienced in life, being on a stage. She liked how it felt! Later on in high school, Camilla began writing poetry; publishing her first piece in the school magazine. In 2015, Camilla put out her first song on SoundCloud. It was a freestyle, one she wrote to Lil Durk’s “This Ain’t What You Want” instrumental. Many of her classmates and friends took to the song and encouraged her to keep going. And she did! Camilla now has several projects available on all streaming platforms. Her first ever studio album “Missunderstood” is hosted by Coco Vango. It is evident that Camilla is going to be a serious problem in 2021. Get Ready!
