Did Future Really Send Baby Future a Falcons Jersey After Seahawks Loss?

Future stirred up the pot on Saturday when he showed up at the Georgia Dome to cheer on his hometown team, the Atlanta Falcons, in their divisional playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks. But Future may have saved his petty pièce de résistance for after the Falcons’ 36-20 victory over the Seahawks.

According to IBTimes.com, the rapper allegedly sent several jerseys of various child sizes of Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan to his son, Future Zahir. Unless you have been living under a rock, then you know that Baby Future is the child he had with ex-girlfriend Ciara, who is currently married to Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.

A source told Hollywood Life that Future “loves his Falcons and was so impressed with Matt Ryan’s performance” that he sent his son the jerseys. However, it’s also very conspicuous that he would want to send Baby Future apparel of the opposing team’s quarterback who also happened to eliminate the Seahawks from playoff contention.

Hollywood Life is also reporting that Future wants his son to attend the Falcons’ NFC Championship game against the Green Bay Packers. “Like any dad, Future wants to bond with his kid and take him to ball games and what better way than to be on the sidelines at a Falcons game,” the source said. Even though Future is doing something honorable by getting involved in his child’s life, there is always going to be this underlying feeling that he’s doing all of this to get under Wilson’s skin.
