How Florida Rapper Wifisfuneral Got His Name

Wifisfuneral has been grinding for years, growing a dedicated fan base and racking up millions of streams. He released his album When Hell Falls earlier this year and signed to Alamo/Interscope in March, so it’s safe to say that the Florida rapper is in a great spot right now.

While he was in New York, Wifisfuneral stopped by to explain where his unique rap name came from, what it means, and why a good name is so important in 2017. “I think I fucking suck at picking names,” he admits, also breaking down his previous rap names that were inspired by artists like Earl Sweatshirt and Gucci Mane.
