Listen to Iggy Azalea’s Latest Single “Switch”
Though there isn’t an official release date, Iggy Azalea’s sophomore album is expected to drop within the next few weeks. The 26-year-old Aussie has already released several singles from the oft-delayed project, including “Team,” “More Bounce,” and the Lil Uzi Vert-assisted cut “Can’t Lose.”
On Thursday night, Iggy gave fans another taste of her Digital Distortion album with the release of “Switch,” a pop-heavy track featuring Brazilian singer Anitta.
The song uses the same formula as Iggy’s breakout song “Fancy.” Infectious beat? Catchy hook? Cocky lyrics? Check. Check. Check.
“Heat all on you, that ring ain’t big enough/If they talkin’ that money, I’m showing up,” Iggy raps. “My account getting bigger, it’s growing up/And I’m still a motherfuckin’ rock star/Pop star, but I roll with the mobsters.”
You can stream “Switch” on Apple Music, download it on iTunes, or listen below via Spotify.
Be sure to keep your eye out for the single’s official music video, which Iggy teased earlier this week.
Digital Distortion’s release date has yet to be announced; however, Iggy did say fans can expect a June drop. Stay tuned for more information about the album.
