Pete Wentz Loves His Wine

Pete Wentz is a staple of our adolescence the same way Ashlee Simpson and Fall Out Boy is. Incidentally, his fame declined around the same time he left both of them—with the band announcing an indefinite hiatus in 2009 and his divorce from Ashlee Simpson following two years later. So what’s Wentz been up to since then? Based on his recent appearance on go90’s new show, Obsessed, he’s been drinking… wine. Lots and lots of wine.

Obsessed follows athletes, musicians and artists as they share their secret obsessions. In the case of Wentz, his hidden obsession is wine. In the episode Wentz takes viewers on a tour of a friend’s vineyard in Malibu and proceeds to drink a few glasses of some of the finer bottles. He admits to his love of pinot and makes a merlot joke (winos, right?). All in all, it’s a pretty tame episode for Wentz but it’s still interesting to see what the former Fall Out Boy bassist has been up to.
