The video for “Goosebumps” follows Travis’ recent release of his short film titled after his sophomore album, which topped the Billboard 200 album chart and moved 88,000 units back in September. Since then, the G.O.O.D. Music member has teased the release of Astroworld, popped up on collaborations with Drake and Lil Uzi Vert, announced the launch of his own label, Cactus Jack Records.
In a recent interview on Beats 1 with Zane Lowe, Scott talked about his mindset when he was putting together his second album, and “Goosebumps” was one of the key tracks.
“Honestly when i was making my second album,” he said, “I wasn’t thinking my second album. I was thinking i have a point to prove, I have a message I’m trying to get across. Goosebumps was one of the first songs. I still got the poster board where I started drawing all the ideas for the album.”
You can catch Travis on his Birds Eye View Tour throughout the spring; dates and ticket purchase are available on his official website.
