Watch Future’s Video for “Buy Love”
Future just surprised fans by dropping his new song, “Buy Love.” Even better, the track arrived with its own instant new music video directed by Aaron Klisman.
The video opens up like an old VCR tape before showing Future counting stacks, riding around in the car, and rapping some heavy auto-tuned bars to the camera. The actual footage has been filtered to appear grainy and old school and it’s giving us all the ’90s vibes. That heated backbeat and soft twinkling keys don’t hurt either in adding to the retro-laced mood of it all.
2016 has been a busy year for the rapper and he has made a few appearances even as the last month winds down. He flexed in the video for his 21 Savage and Metro Boomin collaboration, “X.” Attendees at the final show of the HIHORSE’D Tour at New York City’s Terminal 5 saw Young Thug bring out Future on stage with him. There’s even been rumors circulating that Future and Thugger could have a joint project on the way.
There is no caption or descriptions associated with the track so it’s unclear if this is a one off or a hint of something to come, so we’ll let the track speak for itself.
