Watch Zach Galifianakis Sabotage a Duet Between John Legend and St. Vincent

“I’m not here to be funny, I’m here to help out,” Zach Galifianakis says as John Legend and Annie Clark (St. Vincent) sit down to a piano to cover “Lovin’ You.”

In usual Galifianakis style, his suggestions to “alternate the la’s,” change the key, and add accordion end up derailing the duet in the short clip—which is a promotional video for a series of vinyl records benefiting Planned Parenthood called 7-Inches for Planned Parenthood.

The vinyl boxed set (which will also be released digitally) includes music, spoken word, and comedy from Bon Iver, Mary J. Blige, Foo Fighters, Common, Sleater-Kinney, Feist, Sarah Silverman Chvrches, and more.
