It might surprise some to see the loyalty of the label, considering that Akademiks had previously stirred rumors that the MMG camp was experiencing inner turmoil and animosity.
One particular post was made by Rick Ross, Maybach Music Group’s head honcho, following Akademiks stirring up the pot, claiming that there was beef rumbling in the MMG camp during Rozay’s exclusion from Meek’s Miami birthday bash earlier in the year.
