The rapper instructed his fans to keep their phones charged during his headlining set. DaBaby (real name Jonathan Kirk) made misleading comments about HIV during his performance at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami in July. DaBaby apologized on Twitter for his initial remarks. He acknowledged that he was being insensitive and that anyone who has been affected by HIV/AIDS “got the right” to be upset. However, he claimed that he had no intention of offending anyone.
