Bodycam: Drunk Man Crashed Car with 4-Month-Old Daughter Crying Inside, Police Say
Bodycam footage shows Florida police confronting a Canadian man accused of driving drunk and crashing into a concrete wall in December. When Monroe County deputies questioned Peeyush Gupta, he denied drinking more than one beer before driving with his wife and 4-month-old daughter. The infant can be heard crying in the background. Gupta finally admitted to drinking a full pitcher of beer “within five minutes” before driving. He was charged with misdemeanor DUI and child neglect without great bodily harm.
