Interrogation of the Man Who Kidnapped and Murdered His Caregiver
On September 27, 2017, the employee of 56-year-old Jennifer Fulford reported her missing after she failed to pickup a child from school. Her purse was discovered in her employers home with her phone, wallet, and tablet missing. Her car was missing as well. After her husband became suspicious of a $300 bank withdrawal, an ATM surveillance camera captured Scott Edward Nelson, a convict out on federal probation for armed robbery, attempting to make a withdrawal.
