Man Killed Ex-Girlfriend, Her Mom Outside Court Before Restraining Order Hearing: Cops
Kentucky law enforcement says Christopher Elder, 46, opened fire on his ex-girlfriend and her family outside the courthouse in Elizabethtown this week. Erica Riley, 37, and her mother, Janet Riley, 71, were killed in front of Erica’s children. Elder later took his own life after a police chase and standoff.
