Air Jordan 8 Alternate to Drop Early Next Year
With only two weeks left in the year, Jordan Brand is previewing a few of its 2017 releases. Most recently, the brand announced the upcoming return of the Air Jordan 3 Retro “Motorsports,” and today, the Jumpman announces the 2017 return of the popular Air Jordan 8 in an alternate version.
Originally released in 1993, the Air Jordan 8 Retro will make its return next year in mid-February. Dressed in a white premium leather upper, the shoes feature hits of black and gym red on the tongue, sock liner, midsole, side panel, mid-foot strap and heel. Including grey accents on the Jordan Brand logo in the tongue and sock liner, this sneaker will feature minor alterations compared to the 1993 release.
The 2017 version of the Air Jordan 8 “Alternate” will bring back a lot of memories for Jordan Brand collectors, taking them back to the days of the AJ 8 “Bugs Bunny” sneaker. The Air Jordan Retro 8 “Alterante” is set scheduled to hit Jordan Brand retailers and boutiques on Saturday, Feb. 25. Look for these Jordan Brand kicks to retail for a suggested price of $190.
