Birdman Is Unfazed By Rick Ross “Idols Becomes Rivals” Diss

The issues between Rick Ross and Birdman are looking to be unresolved. After the rapper addressed Birdman’s business and personal relationships on his latest album Rather You Than Me, the head of Cash Money has dusted them off to the side.

In an interview with Billboard Friday (March 17), Birdman called the diss as well as allegations of missed payments to artists like Lil Wayne ‘hoe sh*t.’”I don’t get caught up in hoe sh*t, man,” he said. “I just keep doing what I’m doing and keep pushing. I don’t get caught up in that, I don’t play like that. I’m a man and I stand my ground and I do my thing. Numbers don’t lie, and that’s all I give a f**k about: numbers, and puttin’ them up.”

Birdman pulled the same response during his infamous Breakfast Club interview when he was then asked about his behavior and relationship with Ross. As we know, the interview quickly fell apart when the Cash Money CEO demanded “respect” from the popular troupe. In the past, he’s also attempted to assure critics that he hasn’t lost love for Wayne, despite their relationship falling apart in front of the world. “In due time we gon’ do that, but this ain’t the place or the time to do that,” he told Angie Martinez in 2015 about a reconciliation with Weezy. “My son respect me enough [that] if I call him and tell him I’m about to pull up, he gon’ open that gate, I’m goin in that house, we gon talk.”

As for now, Birdman has been pushing his latest single with Young Thug and promoting Drake’s upcoming project More Life.
