D.L. Hughley Drags Donald Trump For Bombing Syria
There are certain facts of life. The sky is blue, water is wet, the earth is round (unless you’re speaking to Kyrie Irving who will try to dispute that fact) and D.L. Hughley cannot stand Donald Trump. Thursday night, the American people learned Donald Trump–without the approval of Congress–ordered 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles to bomb Syria in response to a chemical weapons attack that killed dozens.

While many on Capitol Hill, including Democrats, supported America’s intervention into Syria’s six-year civil war, comedian and avid Trump critic D.L. Hughley initially took to social media to make a shrewd observation about the attacks.

But Hughley didn’t stop there. The 54-year-old comic was seen at LAX Saturday morning (April 8) and TMZ asked his thoughts on the bombing, and per usual, Hughley did not hold back.

“I think nothing’s more American than bombing poor brown people,” Hughley said matter of factly. “This is all about him having poor ratings. His numbers in the polls were poor and he was losing the faith of the American people, and nothing instills faith in American people like bombing poor brown people.”
