It’s already been an incredible year for Drake‘s music career, and the Toronto rapper is making even more history on the number boards. While he already set a record by surpassing one billion streams on Spotify as an artist a couple of months back, his More Life playlist album, itself, has now exceeded 1 billion on-demand audio streams.

According to Nielsen Music, the project is still in the No. 1 album spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart as of last week (April 6), and has moved another 136,000 equivalent album units. The Canadian superstar has reportedly racked up a total of 1.07 billion streams in the U.S. through the week ending on April 6, and collected 167 million streams last week to be able to accomplish the milestone. Even though More Life is making its own history for surpassing one billion streams, his previous album, Views, holds the record for the highest number of on-demand audio streams at 3.48 billion.

If you recall, More Life moved 505,000 equivalent album units during its first week of release after it officially dropped on March 18. While we’re not sure what else is in store for the “Hotline Bling” hit-maker this year, we can only hope a tour will be on the horizon as the warmer weather starts to roll around. We already know that DJ Khaled is preparing to have Drizzy on his upcoming Grateful album.
