Hoodrich Pablo Juan and Brodinski Get Greedy on New Song ‘IWFYB’
One of the hottest MCs in Atlanta right now is Hoodrich Pablo Juan. The 27-year-old MC has been dropping nothing but heat all year, and today (March 16) he links up with French producer Brodinski to drop “IWFYB,” which stands for “I wanna f*ck your bi**h.” You can hear it below.
Brodinski is the man. Two years ago he broke into the ATL underground trap scene and for the last couple of years, he’s been dropping quality projects such as 2015’s Brava and 2016’s The Sour Patch Kid while working with today’s new trap stars like 21 Savage, Young Nudy, Yung Gleesh, Peewee Longway and more.
On “IWFYB,” Juan sounds amazing over hard-hitting bass mixed with sci-fi synths. The new record is off Brodinski’s new EP Brain Disorder, scheduled to drop April 7. Pablo and Brodinski have recorded music in the past so it’s no wonder “IWFYB” sounds so fun. The record was produced by Brodinski and Joan Mael. The crazy single art was designed by Patrick Guidot and Amine Ghorab.
We spoke to Pablo for The Break and he explained to us his goal in music. “My first main goal, I want to just make enough money to provide for everybody around me who’s hard-working,” he said. “I want to be able to provide jobs, and it’s not about buying everything you want, but it’s about living secure where you know you don’t have to worry about things as much. When I rap, it’s my job, so it’s like putting overtime at a job. Main goal is to just feed my family. I want us to go to Dubai.”
