Hot 97's Ebro Shuts Down Rumors He Was Ever With Nicki Minaj

Hot 97 radio host Ebro Darden was caught in the middle of the Remy Ma-Nicki Minaj feud over the weekend. Remy Ma name dropped the “Ebro In The Morning” host during her “ShETHER” diss track, claiming the radio personality slept with the Pink Friday artist. “Coke head, you cheated on your man with Ebro,” Remy rapped.

Twitter demanded answers from Ebro, who finally responded to the allegations on social media Sunday (Feb. 26), and then again on his radio show Monday morning, as c0-host Peter Rosenberg interrogated him about his relationship with Minaj.

Papoose, who is married to Remy, hopped in on the action claiming Ebro texted him happy about the line, but issued a different sentiment publicly on social media.

Monday morning, (Feb. 27) Ebro revealed the two met a while back but kept everything on the up and up.

“I met her through DJ Kay Slay, and I was single at the time and she been with Safaree.” After more interrogation Darden claimed the two met out for drinks multiple times, but kept it professional, with nothing more happening.
