How was suspect in stabbing that wounded woman, killed teen allowed to go free the day before?

Crosetti Brand had been released from custody the day before police say he stabbed a woman he had once dated to the point where she was in critical condition, and stabbed and killed the woman’s 11-year-old son. CBS 2’s Tara Molina reports.
