Kanye West Improves Mental Health by Working Out 5-6 Days a Week

It looks like Kanye‘s been hitting the gym, and rumor has it that it’s helping him make some serious strides towards improved mental health.

TMZ reports that Yeezy has been doing resistance training, jumprope and one-on-one basketball sessions all under the watchful eye of celebrity trainer Don Brooks. Kanye’s sessions with Brooks usually last two hours, and they take place at Yeezy’s home gym and at spots surrounding the area. Brooks is known to have worked with Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian and her sisters Kourtney and Khloe.Sources say the workouts have been a “critical” part of Kanye’s road to mental recovery.

As we already know, Kanye canceled the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour after checking into the hospital to deal with exhaustion and temporary psychosis. In the weeks following his release from the hospital, rumors of a rift growing between Kanye and his family began circulating the Internet.

Now, TMZ’s sources are saying that ‘Ye’s recent workouts have led to him being more “present” with Kim and their children because he’s been able to work through his frustrations at the gym. Harley Pasternak, who was the trainer seen alongside Kanye when he entered the hospital about a month ago, is still in the picture also.
