Kanye West’s Meltdown Addressed in the Trailer for ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ Season 13

Kanye West’s much publicized breakdown will be addressed in the upcoming season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Footage of Kim Kardsahian reacting to Kanye’s meltdown is shown in the trailer for the E! reality show’s 13th season. “I think he really needs me, and I have to get home,” Kim says in the above clip as a photo of the couple is shown.

Last month, reports emerged that the Kardashian family filmed scenes about Kanye’s hospitalization. E! production cameras were not in the hospital at any time, so these scenes will be the only ones addressing Kanye’s meltdown. Kanye has not been part of the show’s filming since he was admitted to the hospital last November.

Kanye is experiencing much better days as he gets support from his friends and family. Even those who have been critical of Yeezy’s dealings with Donald Trump, such as John Legend, have done an about face and expressed their best wishes for ‘Ye.

“This is a very difficult life and a difficult business,” Legend recently said in an interview. “I don’t want to try to play pop psychologist, so I’m not gonna try to analyze what’s happening with him. I just want him to do whatever he needs to do to feel better and to feel like he’s ready to go again, because music needs him. The world needs him. I think he’s such an important talent. We need him at full strength. How do you balance everything you do – acting, producing, music, fatherhood?”

While Kanye’s life has improved in recent weeks, he continues to deal with the drawbacks of fame. The Chicago native had to be surrounded by security yesterday (Jan. 5) when he got word of an intruder breaking into a Los Angeles studio that ‘Ye rents for creative purposes.
