Missy Elliott enlisted artist Lamb for the debut of her new song, “I’m Better,” which comes equipped with a music video that boasts the flavor of the hip-hop icon’s past visuals.

The song itself features Misdemeanor and Lamb rhyming over a subtle trap beat, trading bars about themselves, their lifestyles and how the rest of the game could never compete.

The video, directed by Missy and Dave Meyers, gives off a futuristic vibe, and it’s representative of what we love about Missy’s work. The visuals are other worldly, the creativity is unmatched (check out the water scene around the 1:03 mark) and the choreography (courtesy of Missy and Sean Bankhead) is unbelievable.

She also teased an upcoming documentary about her legacy, which will be coming soon. The trailer features interviews from famous figures about Missy’s work, including Pharrell Williams, who says that when she first stepped onto the scene, she “completely blew people away.”
