Antoine Dodson Talks “Bed Intruder Song” Going Platinum

https://www.vladtv.com – Antoine Dodson has successfully been able to extend his 15 minutes of fame, and after saving his sister from the infamous “bed intruder” he has transitioned from living an anonymous existence to being readily recognizable by the public. Recently, he granted VladTV an exclusive interview where he spoke about his fame and music career.
After coming to the rescue of his sister who was being assaulted by an intruder, Dodson’s subsequent news interview in which he said the classic line, “Hide yo’ kids, hide yo’ wife and hide yo’ husband, because they’re raping everybody around here,” catapulted him into the realm of Internet celebrity. His catchphrase was even transformed into a highly successful track which charted on iTunes, earning gold and eventually platinum status.
“Wow, this song went platinum on an accident,” said Antoine of his chance encounter with recording fame, “imagine what I could do on purpose, and that’s why I started going to the studio and writing my upcoming album.”
