His official title may be Vice President of A&R at Atlantic Records but his impact in his music extends even further. Riggs Morales recently stopped by SITM to talk about the Broadway play ‘Hamilton‘ that will entertain and educate everyone from hip hop fans to Broadway regulars. But, that’s not all…

The innovative delivery inspired by hip hop serves as a re-introduction to our forefathers, the beginning of Hamilton, Bill of Rights/Constitution and other important pieces that play a key role in our everyday lives. Lin Manuel-Miranda did a great job, definitely an amazing body of work that everyone should check out if they get a chance. Until then, the soundtrack available on iTunes now should hold you over.

Still keeping it music first Riggs brought Rich Nice something special for our A&R Room from Sir the Baptist and we’ll just say, he isn’t called the VP of A&R at Atlantic for no reason. Check out the full interview above.
